Refund & Returns

Our refund and returns policy is that at this time, we are unable to accept returns for our 3D printed items and paper items due to their being printed to order. That being said, if you change your mind before the item has been shipped or picked up, please let us know immediately.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at main@connectionscreations.com.
